Schedule Training Session in the following Topics:

Municipal Map & Emergency Response (30 minutes)

-Digital parcel data; includes blocks, lots, encumbrances, buildings, land use & zoning

-Flood data (FEMA), NJDEP’s riparian/ tidelands map, wetlands, contours & other GIS layers

-Listing of buildings containing NJDEP’s Right-To-Know (RTK) data & floorplans

-Data layers include mileposts, flood-surge levels, hydrant locations, knox-box locations, boat launches, tidegates, critical facilities, police & fire departments.

Tidegates & Visualization (30 minutes)

-Visualize water levels from both land & water-side of tidegate structures.

-11 tidegates are fully instrumented and is available 24/7

GPS Surveying and Utility data collection (30 minutes)

-Learn to collect geographic coordinates of municipal infrastructure and process data for mapping

-Use current GPS equipment (Timble)
